5:15 – 745 PM – Pre-ceremony VIP Reception for Nominees and Presenters at The Russian Tea Room, 150 West 57th Street, between Seventh and Sixth Avenues, co-hosted by Christine

5:15 – 6:15 PM – Red Carpet Arrivals at Russian Tea Room

8:00 to 8:45 PM –Red Carpet Arrivals of Presenters and Nominees at Awards Ceremony. They through LaGuardia Concert Hall door on West 65th Street between Amsterdam and West End Avenues.

9:00 – 11:30 pm – Drama Desk Awards Ceremony. VIP guests include Kevin Spacey, Audra McDonald, Ashley Brown and the kids from Mary Poppins; Martin Short, Jim Dale; Tommy Tune;
